If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened, unused item within 30 days of deliveryfor a full refund or exchange. We'll cover the return shipping cost.
Email returns@lavenderessence.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and drop it off at any USPS location.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after we've processed your return.
If you paid via PayPal, refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your balance.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged goods).
We're happy to exchange any eligible item for a different product of equal or lesser value. For items of higher value, you'll be charged the difference. To arrange an exchange, email returns@lavenderessence.com with your order number.
We're sorry! Please email hello@lavenderessence.com with a photo of the item and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
